ADOPT-A-FINBACK-WHALE

An adoption packet includes an 8x10 color photograph of your whale, sighting history, certificate, booklet describing whale research, and subscription to two newsletters describing our research activities. Single adoptions available for $30; $50 for a mother/calf pair. Great gift! Donations received Adopt-A-Finback are the primary funding source for the North Atlantic Finback Whale Catalogue housed at Allied Whale. Since 1972, we have been pioneering development of modern cetacean research techniques, especially in photo-identification, behavior, respiration and censusing in the Gulf of Maine and throughout the world.
